The seed that grew into Forager was sown a long time ago when I simply wanted to know more about all things on the dinner table, where something comes from and how it’s made. What began as a simple passion for real food, hosting friends and a desire to discover more, has turned into a way of life now that I call Provence home.

Forager is about hosting people who share a similar passion for discovery and adventure as a means to learn more. Through all of our Forager experiences, we aim to introduce you to our favorite local producers, the tireless work and dedication that brings an exceptional product to your plates.

From ‘Michel’s farm’ to Michelin tables, we want to discover and share the grand stories and adventures of foragers, farmers, distillers, and producers of all kinds. We want to celebrate and bring these stories and adventures to your table. To start conversation, to tease your taste buds and help form grand memories with you and your friends.
