Our campaign style banquets hosted by our resident Forager, producers and special guest chefs present the best that Provence has to offer.
Every special dining event and menu looks to highlight and celebrate the craft of the people and producers behind what’s seasonal in our special locations.
We work closely with local winemakers to either pair our menus with something new or some dusty treasures in the cave.
We’re always striving to show something you’ve never seen or tried before.
Each event takes place in a unique location, from the hills and vineyards of Provence to the coastline of the Côte d'Azur and more.
